Responsibilities

Qualifications

  1. Proactive Opportunity Identification
    • Ability to identify and seize opportunities within existing and potential customer base, aligning with Gray Solutions' approach of turning challenges into opportunities.
    • Understanding of recognizing areas where Gray Solutions' services can drive significant outcomes for customers, both existing and new, within the focus industries.
  1. Sales Process and CRM Proficiency
    • Willingness to learn and leverage CRM systems and other sales tools to streamline the sales process.
    • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales technologies and methodologies, ensuring effective use of tools to enhance sales strategies.
  1. End-to-End Sales Willingness:
    • Willingness to take a lead on identification through the entire sales process, culminating in successful orders.
    • Ability to address challenges and solve problems throughout the sales journey, showcasing resilience and adaptability.
  1. Collaborative Teamwork:
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse sales teams, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), estimators, and proposal developers.
    • Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful pursuits, emphasizing teamwork and communication skills.
  1. RFP Response Expertise:
    • Capability to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) effectively, setting the stage for the estimating and proposal team.
    • Willingness to craft compelling RFP responses that lay the foundation for successful proposal development, ensuring alignment with client needs and Gray Solutions' capabilities.

The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; as well as other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $159,000.
