We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr Digital Transformation Engineer to join our dynamic and fearless team. The successful candidate will work with manufacturing customers to identify solutions, select technologies, estimate work, architect systems, develop software, help to manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and deliver projects successfully. You will be joining our diverse relationship-driven team distributed in our Work from Anywhere model across North America. As a Sr Digital Transformation Engineer, you will support the project and functional teams as well as contribute to the technical planning and execution for our customers. This individual will have personnel management responsibilities for their team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will participate in the leadership of the Digital Transformation team while fostering a growth-centered environment for their direct reports.
